Cloudify – Get Mobile Notifications from Salesforce
Cloudify pushes real-time notifications from Salesforce to your mobile and Desktop. Currently notifications are sent when a new lead or case is created but Cloudify can be extended to send alerts like Case escalated, Case Closed, Opportunity Created, Opportunity Closed, Contract Expired and many more with customization.

Prerequisites
Cloudify uses Notifo notification platform to send the alerts. One should sign up for Notifo FREE account at link prior to setting up Cloudify in Salesforce
